Attached you will find the monthly report from the Louisiana Public Service Commission which highlights the residential electric rates in September for the electric companies under the jurisdiction of the LPSC(investor owned utilities and the electric cooperatives). The comparison also includes the rates charged by Entergy New Orleans which is under the jurisdiction of the New Orleans City Council. By law, municipal electric providers are not under the jurisdiction of the LPSC.
